### What is QuietCue?
A handheld trainer with a soft sound, an ultrasonic cue, and an LED flash. It interrupts barking so the owner can reward calm. It is not a shock collar and never touches the dog.

### Is QuietCue safe?
It is designed as a gentle interrupt, not a punishment, for dogs roughly 6 months to 8 years. A protection mode cuts the ultrasonic cue after about 8 seconds. Dogs with hearing loss or a medical condition should be checked with a vet first.

### How fast does QuietCue work?
Some dogs settle on the first cue. A lasting habit usually takes consistent, calm practice over two to four weeks. Anxious rescues and older dogs can take longer.

### Do I need the whole bundle?
No. Each product works on its own. The Ultimate Care Bundle is QuietCue, TreatReady, and TidyTrail together, cheaper than buying them apart.

### What is the returns policy?
Every GentlePup product has a 30-day home trial from delivery. Try it on your own dog; if it is not right, email hello@gentlepup.com.au and we send a free Australian return label and refund. ### How do I track or change an order?
Tracking arrives in the dispatch email. To change an address or cancel, email hello@gentlepup.com.au before it ships (subject CHANGE or CANCEL). After dispatch, redirect via Australia Post or use the 30-day return.

### What if a parcel is late?
If it is not delivered within 20 days of dispatch, contact us. We investigate with Australia Post — the customer does not have to chase the carrier first.
